    Pirate Ship · Step 1

    Each paid combined order becomes one row. Choose up to 100 orders and review the delivery addresses.

    Email is optional. Pirate Ship’s notification settings are separate; this app does not email recipients or buy labels.

    Upload the original CSV directly to Pirate Ship so postal-code zeros stay intact. Map Order ID → Order ID, address columns to their matching fields, and Items → Passthrough. Set package dimensions and weight before buying postage.

    Pirate Ship · Step 3

    Match labels to orders.

    In Pirate Ship, export your shipment-history report as CSV with Order ID, Tracking Number and Carrier. Use the full Luminate order ID saved when you uploaded addresses. Export only current labels; exclude voided, canceled or refunded postage.

    Only USPS and UPS tracking is supported. All rows must pass before anything is saved. Saving a label does not mark an order shipped or change payment status.

    Replace an unshipped label

    This only clears the label from Luminate. It does not void or refund postage in Pirate Ship. Void the old label there if needed, then import the replacement CSV.

    Payment and order history stay unchanged. An order already handed to its carrier cannot use this action.

    Mark shipped only after handing the parcel to its carrier. A purchased label alone is not a shipment. Update completed only when appropriate. This status moves forward and cannot be moved back in the app.
